Writing Away RetreatsInvoice will be emailed to you upon acceptance into retreat. All personal checks must clear before acceptance into retreat is finalized. Once accepted into retreat you will have a maximum of 10 days to send at least a $150.00 deposit. Balance remaining is due within four weeks of retreat start date. Manuscripts for consultation will need to be emailed as .doc or .rtf files at least one month prior to retreat start dates.
Refunds will only be available to those who pay by cleared check, money order or paypal. If cancellation is made within two months of retreat start date, money will be refunded minus a 75 dollar cancellation fee. If cancellation is made after this time, monies will be applied to future retreat in addition to a 75 dollar refund/rescheduling fee.
Writing Away Retreats is not responsible for any injuries, illness or lost or stolen goods while at retreat. We will be selective on who comes to the retreat.
