Writing Away RetreatsInvoice will be emailed to you upon acceptance into retreat. All personal checks must clear before acceptance into retreat is finalized. Once accepted into retreat you will have a maximum of 10 days to send at least a $50.00 deposit. Balance remaining is due within two weeks of retreat. Manuscripts for consultation will need to be emailed as .doc or .rtf files at least two months prior to retreat start dates. Email to send documents to will be sent to you along with invoice upon acceptance into retreat. Refunds will only be available to those who pay by cleared check, money order or paypal and if the cancellation of slot is made within two months of retreat start date. If cancellation is made after this time, monies will be applied to future retreat minus a 75 dollar refund fee. Writing Away Retreats is not responsible for any injuries, illness or lost or stolen goods while at retreat. We will be selective on who comes to the retreat.
